Shipping Delays
Our team is working diligently to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Please note that some items in your order may be shipped separately.

Return & Shipping Policy

Return Conditions

  • You may request a return within 7 business days from the delivery of the product.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and sent back with their original packaging.

  • The return process requires the product to reach us and be inspected/approved.

Shipping Fees

  • In cases of defective, wrong, or damaged products, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. In this case, you can send the product via recipient-paid (collect on delivery) shipping.

  • For returns made under the right of withdrawal (when the customer wishes to return the product without any reason), the shipping cost belongs to the customer and will not be covered by us.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned products are delivered to us safely.

Refunds

  • After the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected and approved.

  • Refunds are processed through the iyzico infrastructure back to the same card used at the time of purchase.

  • Depending on the bank and card type, the refund may take 1–14 business days to reflect in your account.

Shipping & Handling

Do you charge VAT?
VAT and duties may be applicable for orders shipped to European countries outside the EU and Israel.

When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.

What happens if my package is lost?
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@colecciontansu.com. While we will do our best to assist, Colección Tansu is not liable for lost packages with proof of delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The typical shipping time is 3-7 business days.

However, please note that customs may cause delays for non-EU countries.

The shipping times given are estimates, and actual delivery may vary depending on your location and international customs. Colección Tansu is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by customs or unavoidable shipping delays.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, expedited shipping is not available.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

İade & Kargo Politikası
İade Koşulları
Ürün tesliminden itibaren 7 iş günü içinde iade talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.
Ürünlerin kullanılmamış, hasar görmemiş ve orijinal ambalajı ile birlikte gönderilmesi gerekmektedir.
İade işlemleri için ürünün tarafımıza ulaşması ve kontrol edilmesi şarttır.
Kargo Ücretleri
Hatalı, yanlış gönderilen veya hasarlı ürünlerde iade kargo bedeli tarafımızca karşılanır. Bu durumda ürünü alıcı ödemeli (karşı ödemeli) olarak kargo ile gönderebilirsiniz.
Cayma hakkı kapsamında yapılan iadelerde (ürünü sebepsiz iade etme durumunda) kargo bedeli müşteriye aittir ve gönderim ücreti tarafımızca karşılanmaz.
İadelerin güvenli bir şekilde ulaştırılması müşterinin sorumluluğundadır.
Ödeme İadeleri
İade edilen ürün tarafımıza ulaştıktan sonra kontrol edilip onaylanır.
Ödeme iadeleri, satın alma sırasında kullanılan yöntem üzerinden iyzico altyapısı ile aynı karta yapılır.
Banka ve kart türüne bağlı olarak iadelerin karta yansıması 1–14 iş günü sürebilir.
