SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Orders are carefully processed within 5–7 business days. This refers to preparation time and does not include transit duration.
International deliveries are fulfilled in partnership with shipentegra.com , ensuring secure and reliable global transit.
Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout, based on your order total, active promotions, and your preferred delivery method.
Standard and Express shipping options are available.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide, with care for every destination.
Any customs duties or import taxes applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Many of our shipments fall under the low-value import thresholds of various countries and may arrive without additional charges however, this is subject to local regulations.
Our pieces are dispatched from our Istanbul atelier with meticulous preparation and international compliance for a smooth transit experience.
RETURNS
You may request a return within:
- 7 business days of delivery for domestic orders
- 14 days for international orders
All items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Once received and inspected, your return will be processed accordingly.
RETURN & SHIPPING FEES
- If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, the return shipping cost is fully covered by us.
- For voluntary returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The safe arrival of the return shipment remains the customer’s responsibility.
EXCHANGES
To initiate an exchange, you may:

Once approved, our care team will provide a return code via WhatsApp.
Once your return request is approved, our care team will share a unique return code and the dedicated return address via WhatsApp. We kindly ask that you wait for these details before sending any items back, as unauthorized shipments cannot be accepted.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and verified, refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
