Article 2- Subject

Article 4- Contract Date and Force Majeure

Article 8- Shipping/Delivery Procedure

If the package is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation should be reported to the Seller Customer Service as soon as possible, with the copy of the report remaining in the Buyer's possession.

Article 9- Procedure for Product Return and Right of Withdrawal

Product Returns:
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Article 12- Authorized Courts and Enforcement Offices in Case of Dispute
